A list of favourite pages

looking for a block that would allow any visitor to a site to add pages to a favoutites list which they could then refer back to and revisit those pages. Dont want the user to have to be logged in to do this though.

A cross browser addd to favourites block would do the job although it would not be a slick.

Its not possible to have data associated to a user that is not logged in and share it across browsers. They only way to make is cross browser is to either have them logged in (reliable) or track their IP (extremely unreliable).

Is there a simple cross browser add on to add to browser favourites then rather than actually on the site.
