Ability to reply to emails within Dashboard

Hi All,
I am getting right into C5 but as I am useless with PHP I am having to fallback on providing ideas and hoping others can pick up the slack (I am learning however). :-)
I was thinking the ability to reply to emails via the REPORTS>FORM RESULTS page would be handy in regards to making the C5 dashboard a one stop management system.
Ability to simply hit reply and C5 opens up a TinyMC panel to type away. If this suggestion is reached, the ability to auto add a html based signature would also be extremely handy.
Am I dreaming or is this something that may be possible in the far off future?

that i think could be done now c5 has all the functionality to do it easily (smtp)

Doe anyone happen to know where I'd get started on this? I am new to PHP but am keen to finally start providing to C5 instead of taking from it... :-)
