Accidentally deleted standard concrete menu

New to concrete, and deleted the 'build-in' menu function. :(
Someone any idea on ow to get it back?

Try to re-upload the "concrete" folder

How did you "delete" it, did you just remove the block from the page? or uninstall it from the dashboard?
