Add paragraph text to form block

Hello,
If this feature is already there and I am missing it - I apologize.
Not sure who would implement this but I have been developing websites for 13 years and a lot of the sites that I put forms on have pretty much standard components - i.e. textbox, list dropdowns checkboxs radio, buttons etc. But a lot of them have blocks of text in amongst the form components. There are tons of examples of this - a simple agreement form with a checkbox has a bunch of text in it. Anyway it would seem to me to add comments between form elements would seem to be an easy add to the form builder. Another textarea for text labeling in the dropdown would do it. You could even implement the content block between form elements.

I'd also like to be able to do this. We want to put some introductory text immediately above the first question, but that doesn't seem possible with the current options.
Would this add-on help?

Yes, I'd looked at Formidable & it does seem to include the capability I'm after, along with a whole lot more. I'd (of course) been hoping to find a way to do it for free in the standard form setup, but we may go with that add-on if it's the only way
I would venture to say that it would save you a bunch of time :)
I have a feeling it would be more complicated to modify the built-in block than it at first appears. BTW - I am in no way affiliated with Formidable.

ProForms does this nicely as well: http://www.concrete5.org/marketplace/addons/proforms/...
