Ahh, I see. Yes, well the simplest approach is to just make a separate page for each of those alphabetical sections, and each entry can be a different block so it's easy to reposition new entries into the proper order. This doesn't even require creating a new block -- it's just structuring your pages a certain way.

But if you want something that handles the sorting more automatically, you might want to check out the "Data Display" addon, which is a paid addon available from the marketplace (http://www.concrete5.org/marketplace/addons/data-display/... ).
