This package should allow to do the following:
Like arranging blocks between areas it should be possible to arrange the elements that are outputted by a blocks view.
btw: it might be an idea to call this forum topic package requests ;)

dude, I think you mean functionality like in Office2007/Office2010, when you select and hover an element that you can edit the formatting and drag drop text from one area to another. That can be done, but this would require removing the content block and replacing it by an on-demand approach, where a content block is automatically added when you click/doubleclick (tap/doubletap) an area.
It's possible, but I don't think that it is a great feature when you compare effort and benefit.

The content output by each different block varies depending upon what that block does.
Some blocks may only output a login or subscribe form (a couple of fields), or embed a video or gallery for instance. The functionality you are asking about cannot really be done in a generic way.
