Bulk Photo Tagging

As part of a family history archive, I have 15,000 images to tag with person's name, location, etc. They are scanned and uploaded. Is there an easier way than using the built in file manager? Is there some way to "bulk" tag images? Can I tag outside concrete5, maybe directly on the image files, then import them? Is "public" tagging, even possible so I don't have to do all the work?

You can modify multiple files' properties using the file manager. Just select the images you'd like to tag and then using the dropdown at the upper left of the list of files, select properties. You can also do custom searches in the file manager to help make things easier.

The other alternative would be to code into your site the functionality for users to tag them for you. Which isn't difficult, but you'd need some understanding of how to develop with PHP and C5.
