Can't install eCommerce package from Dashboard.

I paid for the eCommerce package today and can't install it or any other addon from my Dashboard. I've read the threads and modified the archive.php file for 5.3. I will admit... I do not know much about PHP. I also can't find a manual link in my transaction history to download the files myself so I can unzip and upload them. I use Network Solutions as my host. Does that matter? Is there a setting or permission issue I am not aware of?

If you have paid for the add-on you get support with that.

The C5 team created this, and they are very good at responding to people.

It will also be a way for others to see the problem you have and hopefully the solution.

Great! I wasn't exactly thrilled with having to pay another $125 for the issue to be resolved through a support ticket. I will try that out. Thanks.

I've run into the problem where I can't download the archive files before (usually when I've destroyed something and have to reinstall the add-on).

To get the archive download, go to your projects page, find the project that the licence is assigned to and release it from the project. Go back to the licences page and you'll see the archive link. After you've reinstalled manually, just apply the licence again.

Hope that helps and maybe saved the cost of a support ticket.
