Can't select a block on a page

Hi,
I try to speak english.
On a mother page, I want to delete a block but it is impossible to select it. When a create a child page, this block that I don't desire appears on it. This block seems to be a feature block.
Do you know a way to select this block, or to remove it ?

It might be, depending on your template, a hard coded block. Check your php files for the template and you might find it.

I deleted <div class="feature"> in default.php file of my template (soul mate). Now the feature block has been removed.
