Chat Block request

Hi developers!
I'm pretty new for concrete (and I don't even know any PHP) so I ask you for a chat system for my upcoming page. It should have these features:
-used only by users logged in.
-uses a shared content so if I place it on any page, it shows the same content.
-can be viewed by unregistered visitors
-Has an own "Message Wall" site where anyone can search back the previous messages.
-Customizable amount of messages per block placed on a site.
-Date stamp
-On the message wall, it should show the username and the user's avatar.
-All of the blocks should be moderated (for the usergroups granted with the "Moderate Chat" access) with some links on the Message Wall after the message like delete and edit
-Easily translated (uses all the text variables from the blocks/chatblock/languages/xx_XX/ folder from one file.Where xx_XX is the lang code, like en_EN or de_DE or hu_HU)

I think thats all

well you say chat... we're integratinghttp://cometchat.com as a concrete5 add-on now...

sounds like you're talking about more of a graffiti wall where it sticks with the page. that makes sense.. to some extent, isn't that the guestbook block?

No, I don't want to use CometChat, because it isn't free and I want to make a free site from free elements and blocks. But something similar would be very good... Like implementing AJAXChat, a very good PHP based chat system. And I only want a chat messaging wall, not a "graffiti wall"... and the guestbook can't be seen by anyone as far as I know!

guestbook is like comments on a blog. everyone can see em..

just look through our help section, thats all the guestbook.

cometchat has been integrated with the next version of concrete5, we wanted to release it now obviously but it has a "friends" model we ended up adding some stuff to the core for, so end of month...

bryan: the integrated with c5 version is gonna be $65.
