I just started using c5, and I love it. But the one thing I could not figure out how to do, or find a block, is a comment box that lets users post comments from the name they registered with. If anyone knows of one or knows how to do it and could help me, that would be awesome. Thanks.
You should try the guestbook block. You might have to create a template for it. That is what I use, here is an examplehttp://www.dwayneparton.com/projects/flickrcrete... Just require the user to sign in before posting.

I think the term "Guestbook" is very confusing to most people who are new to the system. I had the same problem when I first started using C5. I've posted a "bug report" about it:
