Concrete5 "Site Feedback" style tab (Like the one on the left

Is their a block available like the tab that hovers to the left of the conrete5 website that says "Site Feedback"? I'm after something similar to that so I can link it to another page on my site.

Hehe, I've been thinking this would be a good block to make, but there simply isn't enough time for me to code it right now.
