Contact Form that sends info to Database

Hi, Can anyone recommend a contact forum that will store all the info in a database rather than just sending/forwarding to an email address?
I'm in the process putting a site together for a client and this is one of their requests.

Would really appreciate some advice/recommendations!

Thank you.

The form block that comes with C5 stores the submissions to the DB and can send an email to someone.

I'm very new to Concrete5, so I have to purchase an e-commerce add-on to get the form? Is that the only way?

Thanks.

There is a Form Block that is included with Concrete5, Go to the page you want to put your contact form on, click on the area where you want it, select Add Block, choose the block called Form and add the fields you want. In the options you can configure it to send an email when a form is submitted, it it will save the data in the reports section of the Dashboard.
