Custom Payment Module Needed

Hi Developers,
I'm looking for a custom payment module to be created. The payment gateway is called Realex (the main one in Ireland) & I would be eternally grateful if there was someone out there who could develop this module for me.
I have the developer guide & sample code if someone wanted to take a look. (Not looking for a freebie.)
