Hi, I've been using digital downloads on test server and have recently changed onto another host that will be where it will go live. The ecommerce application has been set up to make payments into a sandbox account. It all goes through fine, the payment is made, but then when the user clicks to go back to the site (/index.php/checkout/success_download/ they get a 404 page not found. Also, I don't know if this is related but the application is not sending and email that contains the links for the downloads. I've checked that the mail server is working fine on the host provider so I don't know why this is happening. Can you please help?
