Ecommerce Billing page gives a 404 error.

I recently submitted the following via support, but I've received no response:

After the upgrade to the latest version of C5 we then also had to upgrade E-commerce. We've been getting problems where the checkout link directs the user to the /checkout/billing page but the URL returns a 404 error.

Can you advise on how to resolve?

Does anyone have any ideas on how to resolve this? Is it possible to re-download the ecommerce module? I can't see how.

When clicking on 'checkout' it goes to the url:

/index.php/checkout/billing/

I get a 404 if I amend the url to the following as well:

/checkout/billing/

Cannot understand why this is happening all of a sudden. Can only imagine it's something with the upgrade?
