I have a 5.6.3 website. Recently, when working in an image block and I choose design > custom presets and click on a preset, then click save, the block just freezes. In chrome, the wheel goes around; in Safari, it just stays there and won't save. I have chatted with my server host, and he can go into my site on his end and make the change and save it. I am running on Mac OS Sierra, 10.12.6.

I don't understand how he is able to make the change on his end but I haven't. Things I have tried to do: disabled my extensions; cleared cache in Chrome and through my dashboard; clicked the developer settings in my cache and speed settings.

Help?
