Email Notification of Registration Form Block

Created "form block" to register new members - in "options" checked the "send email" for persons submitting registration form and no email notices are sent. Am I missing something?

Check your logs from dashboard. If it shows that the email has been sent, then check your spam folder.

The e-mail notifications are broken since last update. Notifications that are send are empty, so useless. They should really fix this. It's been to long..
