We are trying to track down an issue on a client's website form and would appreciate your help:

When the form is submitted, it sits there with the hourglass churning with no "thank you" message returned. The form does submit to the database but no email notification is sent. The form is currently set up to "send" to: support@masteryofenergyhealing.com

The website is a Concrete5 site and according to some of the forums, it may have been helpful to clear the website's cache.....which we did but it is still behaving the same.
