Google calendar plugin done
Permalink
Just finished my second plugin, which embeds a google calendar into your site. Everything is customizable and works well in all the browsers I've tried.
Take a look athttp://asmiller.com/b/concrete5/google-calendar-concrete5-plugin/...
I'll hopefully be releasing it tomorrow once I get it all packaged up. Check out the post on my blog and let me know what you think

Yeah, and one! I'd love to use this.
Any updates on this? Would be a great tool to have.
Hi,
Been a few months. Any plans to add this to the marketplace in the near future? Ive used this block myself and made a few tweaks you might be interested in if you're going to add this to the marketplace sometime. Send me a site email or post a reply if interested....

I'm a newbie at this, but how do you go about installing this?
Easy. You should just be able to put it in your blocks folder. Make sure the file structure looks like this: [where you have concrete5 installed] root/blocks/googlecalender/{googlecalenderfiles}. Then go to the Dashboard --> Add Functionality and there should be a install Google Calender block thing...
Tomorrow? Fail.
Hi there!
I have added the file to the root and so on and do not find in "Add funtionality" the block thing...
Is there any solution for this? Is there anyway to launch it or install it?
Thanks in advance!

Hi there!
My solution for this issue is the following one: very easy to implement and for FREE. embedded GCalendar !
Create a new HTML block on the page that you'd like to visualize the calendar. Go to your GCalendar, copy the HTML embedded code of it, which you will find it in the calendar settings section and, paste it into the HTML block.
What happens? EUREKA!You got it! You update your calendar in GCalendar and, it is automatically updated!
Hope it helps for any of you!

Aquatt ! Very good man for sharing this information about the calendar. It's easy, fluid and was what I was looking for. Thanks again.
Andy,
Could you please tell me how to get this plug-in and where I need to install it?

I want to use this for a non profit org. website. At this time they do not
have any funds. I am just helping them to put a website together. Can you
suggest any add-ons like the one you suggested for free?
