Google Search

Its a relatively simple block

you should know the example search query

http://www.google.com/search?q=...

after the = is where the search goes with instead of spaces you put the + sign

you would enter your custom search id you get from google

http://www.google.com/cse/

and have id display on another page (eg site.com/search)

i think you would just need to modify the search block but im not sure

Let me know!

I'd be interested in this too. I currently use Google CSE on a site I'm considering migrating to c5, and it's a very good search engine (obviously) which includes full-text search of PDF contents, which is pretty important to me.

Any thoughts on this?

I've posted a short howto on integrating Google's site search into your c5 site (there are others on this forum too). It's easy and it integrates into the design of the site.
