If I want to have a master table for my rent book website. Master table is allow me to assign my user for different categories which they are allowed to view.

let's say if I assign user A to food category, only the food category will be displayed in his page when user A login. And there will be empty page if I have not assign user A into any category.

How can I do that? I tried set permission for user A and user B, the result looking similar, but it is making hard coded for me when I need make content block and fill in the category information and set this content block permission view by particular user. I hope there is easier way to make things done.
