I've already noticed there isn't a help desk, but possibly some coming soon.

Have you seen this ideascale.com or getsatisfaction.com?

These kind of programs can be used as a help basic help desk, in addition to managing user generated ideas and feedback. People can submit questions/feedback, which can be replied to from the website operaters and also viewed and voted on /ranked/ followed up by everyone else who sees it.

I don't know how you'd explain it... like an interactive forum/FAQ/diggthis all in one.

It's pretty cool. I thought I'd throw that out there for consideration. The concept is cutting edge and I think things like this would be a big draw to use this system vs. another. And hopefully it's not too crazy to build, just piecing together bits from various projects and integrating them.

Anyway, the point of my posting this? If someone wants to take this job up, I could kick some funding for it. Let's talk.
