I'm Looking for This Functionality

I want a multiple document uploader.
I would like to be able to upload docs to Amazon and have the docs be displayed on a protected page. I haven't decided on Amazon completely, though, because my Website provider says I have endless data. Don't know if that's true or not. Either way, I would like to be given a choice of providers to store documents, even my own Web server (which would be freaking awesome!!) If my own, there would have to be an SSL cert.
There will be only four pages created on the C5. One would be Invoices. One would be Calendar, etc. Upon signing in, the user would only be shown info that's authorized for them to see. This part could be done by using a spreadsheet/dbase with using filters.
Here's the really tricky part. The document uploader needs to have an option to add authorized user(s) for that document. Either one or several people may have access to the same document. I would prefer not to be limited by the browser's 2gig upload limitation. Some files that I have are much larger.
I'm also looking for an online viewer, which I see there are some add-ons here that look like they will do that job.
I have scoured this site for a program that fits these needs, and some seem to come real close.
Does anybody know of anything out there for this?
Thanks in advance.

Thanks for your response.
I thought of a doc libary, but here's my problem with that. Our current system allows upload of a doc to a particular job. There are several clients associated with that job. We click on a checkbox to allow that client(s) to see the docs online.
That's the extent of our current ongoing file management. We're looking for something that easy.
You're prolly thinking, if the system is already set up, why fix what ain't broke. We're migrating. Plus, the current programmer has yet to do one upgrade in four years. Now is the time to tailor make a solution that fits our needs instead of a one-size-fits-all.
Now, "The" program, "Document Library," I think is what you're referring to, comes really, really, really close to what I need, just not quite there.
I need to be able to link the files up to dbase records. If there's any doc mgmt that has to be done, the inner office people will make cottage cheese of it in no time.

Page Password my solve some of your needs.
Uploading a 2 gig file would be best via ftp and will take a considerable amount of time.
Serving that doc via a webpage would be problematic if not impossible.
