Image Gallery February
Permalink
Hi All,
Firstly, this is my first post so I feel I must give credit to everyone involved for such an amazing CMS. I spent a whole afternoon punching the air the other day when I stumbled upon C5. I can't wait to implement it for a client and watch their delight at how easily they will be able to manage their site.
My biggest request presently is for further gallery block work. I've tried out the image flow and fancybox which are impressive and work excellently (thanks all contributers), but have personally always preferred simple galleries, inside the content area, with a next/previous button.
[I really like the "slideshow" plugin implemented for the portfolio CMS indexhibit seen herehttp://www.simonlagneaux.com/slideshow-plugin/]...
Anyway, I wish i could help building such a block. But my own css/html is trial and error and have no php experience. So i guess all i can offer is time if someone needs blocks tested. I'm sure much of the structural part of the block can be developed from the existing gallery blocks and it is just a matter of changing the appearance output.
Thanks to anyone in advance who's pushing this or any of the other blocks onwards...
