Insert block into content block

Hi,
When i use Wordpress it's so sweet to use the simple [gallery columns="2" size="medium"] to insert a gallery in the content post/text.
It would be nice to be able to insert in a content text, any block present in a scrapbook through its reference
I think it would be a great addon.
But before I start to developp, I wonder if it would interest someone, and if the core team agreed..
