Here's the idea for multilingual package:

At the dashboard there should be a single page to assign root parent pages that live in the sitemap tree to a specific language.

For each child pages, a language switcher block automatically grabs the link to additional page paths (might be we need more than 4) that are assigned to a page.

Someone working on this?

Looks good.

Haven't found how to put language selection with flags and hide from navigation other languages (pages - the flags maintain)

can anyone help out?

maybe it was the theme I'm using - rigid light - but i wasn't able to hide the navigation in other languages.

Finnally put only to show 2nd level and recreate link to home page in each language.

Now all working.
