Looking for an IMG Tooltip Block

I can make it work in a static environment. Go tohttp://www.mediaassetpreservation.com... and in the right hand column, hover over "media formats". A list of formats will appear and thumbnails show up when you hover over a media type. I can get everything to work except the path to the image files in the Javascript.
