Looking for badges and user preview block (as seen on this site)

Hi,

I'm looking for 2 features that are already present on this website (http://www.concrete5.org).

First of all I need a badge system, where users can earn badges for forum posts, image posts, supporting the site, etc. As seen onhttp://www.concrete5.org/profile/-/6/...

Also I want a user preview screen when hover of a username in the forum. This also is already present on the website.

Have you looked at the discussion package in the marketplace?

Yes, I already have that block. Missed that the badges features was in there though. Looking with my nose again (Dutch expression).
