Meeting Scheduler
Permalink
Greetings all,
I would like to try to appeal to any developers who may find this discussion. I have a request for a relatively simple add-on: a meeting schedule. I am implementing Concrete5 as a multi-user site for a school district. Every teacher has their own page with their own content and containing those sub-pages are pages for every main school building which is managed by principals. Further up, a general school district pages contains everything which is managed by the superintendent. Since we are a relatively large school, we need an add-on that allows staff members an interface to add their own "black-out" dates and times for when they would NOT be available for staff meetings. We then need an application to find the best available time that would appeal to most staff members and report the information in the dashboard.
I realize that this is asking a lot, but we are willing to pay the (reasonable) price.
Also, any suggestions to any already available add-ons would help greatly. I've already looked at ProEvents, but that isn't the same concept.
