need help finding block for custom content.

I know this add-on has been created, but I don't know the name of it. I've searched all day in the market and forum for it. I originally found it in the forum as a link to the devs website, not sure if it's in the marketplace.

It is a block that takes a css/html page layout that could be complex, and allows the client to only edit certain parts. SO they can't screw up the layout. only certain user defined areas.

I know it exists, wishing i would have bookmarked it now :)

I'm still looking for it myself.

The one i'm thinking of had a lot of options and screen shots of it.

Great!! Relief at last. :) It is weird searching for it in the Market it doesn't always come up. But yeah, I love it for my clients. I know my design remains safe. Thanks for the karma, much appreciated.
