Paid Registration (With PayPal)

I was looking around in the Marketplace for a solution that offers a simple paid registration, but couldn't find any.
It would be very simple:
1. The user fills out the registration form
2. On the next page, they are taken to a PayPal page to make a payment
3. After they make the (one-time) payment (NOT a subscription!), their account becomes active.
