Points, Rewards, & Credits System for Ecommerce Package

I would like to request the construction of a new add-on package for the ecommerce package: a Points, Rewards, & Credits System. Here is what it would feature:
- Awards x number points to registered users for each purchase made on site.
- User can redeem points for rewards and / or purchase of products or digital downloads
- Would need to work with the digital downloads add-on, but NOT necessarily require it.
- Users can purchase credits that can be redeemed later for points, rewards, products, or digital downloads.
What do you think?? Can someone do this?

This would be an add-on that would be purchasable here in the Concrete marketplace.
ANOTHER IDEA: Not only could this work with just the ecommerce package, it could also work with Concrete as a whole. For example, maybe someone could earn points for posting to a forum (just like here on the Concrete5 site)? Maybe that would be a separate add-on...

I think this would be a great idea. Then, for those of us who are concerned about low purchase prices impacting our Credit Card fees, we could do a higher dollar transaction and issue credits that could be redeemed later for products. One additional feature would be the ability to export to a Brick & Mortar Point of Sale system, or better yet sync with that system... I'm dreaming!
