Pro Photo Problems

I purchase Pro Photo yesterday and began implementing. Unfortunately it would not load in the slider bar or change images. Thinking the problem had something to do with how I've set up C5 and/or my host (siteground) I set up a completely clean out-of-the box version of C5 on a different host (justhost). When applying my custom site theme, the same problem happens - no slider bar (instead the thumbs just display stacked on top of each other centered on the page) and clicking on them will not change the main image above. I then activated the default theme and added in Pro Photo and the slider bar showed up but it still would not change images. I set up a demo site through concrete5.com and applied the block and of course it works as expected. I compared the code from both the demo site to the one on justhost (both use the same default theme and the same page with Pro Photo) was set up exactly the same - the code looked identical as expected (except for file paths). All of the scripts that Pro Photo requires were also linking properly. The only differences I can see are that it is on a different host and the site is not on the root level as I am in test mode. I have not seen anyone else reporting similar problems but was surprised to experience the same issue on two different hosts. Any thoughts?

Here is an example of how it is looking/functioning:

It looks like you're installing your packages incorrectly.

When you install a package, all you need to do is just unzip it into the /packages directory, then install. After that you should see /packages/tony_pro_photo/controller.php, along with all the other files and folders within that same path.

You've copied this block into the /blocks directory. This is wrong.

Closing ticket.

btw, each block has its own support forum. you should post any problems you have with each there.

if you're having problems then the support forum is probably a better place to make a post:
