Project / Phase / Task List Manager

Concrete is great for building intranet projects. I recently bought the "Calendar Items" add-on so I can manage due dates for client projects. However, it lacks a way to manage tasks!

Here is what I propose: a Project / Phase / Task List Manager add-on.

It would be relatively simple, really. Both users (clients) and admin can manage tasks. Tasks could be categorized into "Phases". So, the basic structure would look like this:

Project 1, Phase 1, Task 1.

Each phase and task could be assigned specific due dates.

Also, each Phase would show X% completeness (ex: 3 out of 5 tasks completed = 60% of Phase 1 complete). A task can be marked as complete by user or admin.

I'm thinking that this is a block that could be added anywhere on a site, and managed front-end.

Hello,

You've got my attention, it's about time for me to get an add-on onto the market. Send me a message if you have some more ideas about it.

Sounds good! If you do this, how long will it take? I have use for it very soon.

Also, this would be an add-on I'm willing to pay for, so maybe it could go for around $20 or so in the marketplace.

Also, did you want the task list to tie into the Calendar add-on?

I'd be very interested. Something along the lines ofhttp://unfuddle.com would be great and yes I'd certainly be willing to pay for it.
