Result based questionary

Hi Concrete5 people.
I have a very specific block request.
I would like to make a "result based questionary", where users answers questions, then based on their answers, the formular will output a product that is most likely to match their needs.
Does it exist already?
Or can I tweak an already existing block to do so?
