Rotating Content Block

Does anyone know of a theme that would rotate content by week? I'm working on a site that wants to have a weekly devotional that would automatically change content each week.

Or try the Message of the day block.
I works the same as Randomizer but will let you change content at set times e.g. once a week as you mentioned.
