RSS Block upgrade

I just used the RSS block which works like a charm I must add, however it is lacking a particular feature that is definitely necessary if you are importing RSS from a site that may have video or graphics attached to the RSS feed.
The feed I used was for iTunes Affiliate program for the Top Paid Application in the AppStore. For each feed item an image is also included which would be awesome if you could have it displayed.
I know that this feature is available on other CMS platforms, and I haven't been able to locate this particular feature for Concrete5.
I must say that I am loving Concrete5, and it's ease of use and graphical design functionality. I put this site together in about two hours after first installing Concrete5.

do you know how to build a c5 block template? this might be enough to do what you want... which would mean, no core files to be modified.
