Guys i would like to ask if someone can assist /help where can have a block that is search box for tracking like the one we use on couriers tracker?

It's certainly possible, Creating a block that outputs the search box isn't really that hard, but where is the tracking information stored? Is it in a local database or a remote one? You need to figure that out before you do anything.

The information will be coming from a database also in concrete5 via forms which our clients filled up. Is it possible to use that database. I’m not an IT so i’m not very familiar i use concrete5 because i think it is fairly easy to use.

So this would be a form block or express form block that's capturing the information? You're likely going to need to get a developer on board to help with that.
