"Simple" double search bar

Hello ...
I was very surprised that I couldn't find anything to fit my requirements for this one!
I need 2 search bars with one submit button. In search bar 1, the user would type in the job they are searching for (Eg. Engineer) and in search bar 2, the user would type in the location (Eg. Manchester).
Then when the form is submitted - the results would display the pages relevant to these combined keywords.
I know there is a 'Job finder' add-on for $99, but this is a lot more complex than what I require - as my site is more of a mixture of information pages with recommended jobs, rather than a full blown job seekers site.

Looks like it could do the trick but can't see any evidence that it can function as the 2 search bars as my visual which is risky for $40 ... Did you use it for something similar?

I think this may be what you are looking for:

It is really powerful and will work in many ways for you doing both attribute search, text search and a whole host of other stuff.
I think it may even have Ajax page loading now.
