If you can code a little (really just a little) you could do it yourself really quickly if you want something simple.
1- go online and find a jquery plugin or other that does what you want and is not overly complicated
2- usually those plugins use very specific structures: unordered lists or divs with specific classes
3- use the add-on Designer Content to create a block with your content
4- add the jquery plugin to this new block
