smooth div scroll

I really like this smooth div scroll jquery slider:
http://www.smoothdivscroll.com/#quickdemo...
I don't have the know-how myself, but I'm sure someone would be able to convert it into a block fairly easily.
I like how it's implemented here:
http://www.creativehero.es/
I'd like to use it to have a scrolling filmstrip of thumbnails at the bottom of my page, using a selected fileset to grab the files, and be able to click on any thumbnail to open the full size image in a lightbox/fancybox that grabs the image's Description attribute for the caption.
If that fancy fade in/out that the creativehero site has could be included as an option for the hotspots, with selectable colour, that would be even more fantastic!

PS. You can achieve the white faded effect by replacing the standard arrow images with a PNG that fades from white to transparent. Not too tricky if you know how to use Photoshop (or something similar).

thanks! looking forward to trying the updated one tomorrow!
Hi!
Just a comment regarding the licensing of this add-on.
The original software (Smooth Div Scroll, found athttp://www.smoothdivscroll.com)... is released under under the GPL license. This license states that modified versions you distribute must also be licensed to all third parties under the GPL. This means that this add-on, or at least the Smooth Div Scroll part of it, is also licensed under the GPL.
The fact that jb1 is charging $15 for this add-on is fine since there are no restrictions regarding charging money for distributing a copy of a software licensed under the GPL. You are allowed to do that. However, if someone pays your fee and gets a copy, the GPL gives them the freedom to release it to the public, with or without a fee. For example, someone could pay your fee, and then put her copy on a web site for the general public.
When looking through the commercial license for the block that jb1 is selling I see this statement:
"You own your copy for use on one (1) site and the development environment for it. Use it on another site, you should buy it again."
So as far as I understand there's a conflict between the GPL license of the original software (and all modified versions) and the license that this add-on is sold under. It should be possible to buy just one copy of this add-on and use it on as many sites as I want and it should also be fine to make it available for download on another site for free.
I would really appreciate some clarifications regarding this!

You should pm the developer of the add-on to have him/her change the license in the marketplace.
I've contacted the developer regarding this. Thanks for the tip!

Plus I've just beefed it up so it now supports linking for each image (to another) page as well as a lightbox effect.
Hope you enjoy it! :-)
