Supersized full screen background slideshow addon

I wanted to check if anyone was in the process of developing something similar to the supersized full screen background slideshow plugin:

I have tried to implement this into a C5 site I am building for a friend but as a designer with limited PHP and Javascript knowledge I haven't got a clue where to start. I have never even gone near building a block and as a designer with limited programming knowledge would not know where to start with regard to allowing my friend to add and delete images through his C5 website when in edit mode.

So is anyone developing something along these lines or would be willing to look at this for a nominal fee? or help me out in understading how to do it if it is easy?

The easiest option would probably be to look into creating a custom template for the slideshow block already available with c5
