Timing on new themes?

Wondering if the C5 team is building new themes, or porting of 5.2 themes to 5.3.
I see just 8-10 in total. Perhaps there is another source for C5 themes?

Takes me about an hour. I would love to see some high quality concrete5 themes in the marketplace, I am certain if one made a full fledged business one it would sell well. It would have to be very polished but I think the recognition and rev-share would make it worthwhile. I'd suggest taking inspiration from themeforest.net accepted themes and go from there.
I could easily port some over at some point.
