Touch-enabled slider with server side resize

Hello!
Im looking for a slider that works with swipe gestures and automatically resizes images on the server side. I tried all the free sliders, and checked out a couple live demo of the cheaper ones, but most of them dont support swipe, and none of them resizes the images. Preferably free or cheap. I need this for 5.6.
