I'd like to create a nav bar that consists of 4 main images on show but contain an arrow which will allow you to scroll to the left and right to show other nav options (ones that aren't so important) similar to the bbc homepage.

I've attached the design I'm working to. His name/logo should always appear above the nav/gallery below it.

Is there an addon which can accomplish this or achieve something similar or could someone quote for adapting an addon?
