I need a block that can be placed on pages that will let visitors vote the page up or down (thumbs up or thumbs down).

- this block should be unique for each page and record votes only for the specific page that the block is placed on.
- should check for ip or cookies so that users can't vote more than once
- display the number of upvotes and number of downvotes

The second block:

This block will display the previously voted pages in a decreasing order, from the the page with the most upvotes to the page with the least.

It should also be able to display the child pages of a specific selected page. So, for example, I can have a page where all voted pages appear, and a page where only pages that are under a specific page are displayed.

I'm guessing that the concrete5's blocks, either Survey or page reviews, can be used as a base start, but I'm not sure.

Please let me know the price for something like this.
