Weather block

Hi everyone... Just wondering if anyone has been able to come up with a weather block for wide scale weather API provider?

I'm in Australia and have several clients all asking for weather to appear in their sites and wondering if anyone has done anything like this for C5 or if there is some clever cookie out there that might be able to whip something up for $$$?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Goutnet... Thank you for taking the time to reply. I did give that block a try but unfortunately the city/town selection is a little limited.

In my research on this issue I found that Wunderground (http://www.wunderground.com/weather/api/) seems to be one of the most complete weather API's I could find however my PHP/Javascript knowledge is too weak to write up the ap myself.

I'm guessing you may have already seen them but just in case you haven't; Have you tried the wunderground 'stickers'? It's not an ideal solution but it certainly works.

Get them here- http://www.wunderground.com/stickers/...

Addition: Select the one you like, configure it as you wish, then copy & paste the code into an html block.

Hi @mobius2000, do you still need a custom developped block for your purpose ? or can you use a sticker as @wagdi suggested ?

If a sticker does not match your need, can you explain what do you expect/need exactly ?

Dr Ray Zoidberg has a block called Zoid Weather that is under development. It may work for you. He attached it to one of his posts on the forums. His profile is here:http://www.concrete5.org/profile/-/view/5996/...

Hi, you should release it on the marketplace, that would make it easier.

Code Canyon exist on exclusivity for their 50% (they may have a non-exclusive agreement for a bigger cut).

It does look like a nice block.
