I've set up a workflow and the Administrators are not prompted to Submit to Workflow. They go straight to Publish Changes.

We've added content to a design theme we do not like so we purchased a new theme and it looks nothing like the sample. How can we restore the new theme to it's oriiginal design with sample content and go from there?
