Can anyone advise me please, I have a temporary 1and1 sub-domain that I got when I opened my 1and1 hosting account and used it to develop my own website which is still linked to my C5 website at the moment as well as the correct domain.

The question is: can break the link from the temporary 1and1 sub-domain, as I want to use this to develop other in-progress C5 websites, but without creating any problems or screwing up my website which is also currently connected to the correct domain name -http://www.getthebigidea.co.uk?

My Contrete5 "project page" also associates the temporary 1and1 sub-domain with this site as the first top link as well as the other proper main domain (www.getthebigidea.co.uk). Will this automatically change when I change the Root Folder destination, or should I do something also on my project page, ...or just ignore it?
